We use Mollie as our Payment Service Provider. Mollie offers the following payment methods:

• Credit card
• iDeal
• PayPal
• Apple Pay

How do I make a payment?

To make a payment, select the items you wish to order and add them to your shopping cart. You can then proceed to checkout to make a secure payment using the payment methods provided by Mollie. Upon successful receipt of your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation via email.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order. However, having an account ensures that your personal information is stored and allows you to view previous orders.

DELIVERY

All orders within the Benelux are shipped via DHL. (You will receive a Track and Trace code with your order). Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code, which you can use to track your package.

Please note:

Returns and exchanges are free from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, continental France, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom (excluding the islands).
For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply to the order. All applicable import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid upon delivery.

All orders in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, continental France, Austria, Denmark, America, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain & orders of €75 and above in the rest of Europe.

€9 shipping costs: Orders under €75 in the rest of Europe.

€19 shipping costs: Canada, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, the Vatican City, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Portugal (Azores), Portugal (Madeira), Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine.

€39 shipping costs: All other countries.

We hand over your order to the carrier within 24 hours.

• NL: Orders placed Sun – Fri before 11:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
• BE: Orders are delivered within 1 working day.
• DE: Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days.
• FR: Orders are delivered within 3 working days.
• AT: Orders are delivered within 4 working days.
• DK: Orders are delivered within 4 working days.
• CH: Orders are delivered within 4-7 working days.
• ES: Orders are delivered within 5 working days.
• IT: Orders are delivered within 7 working days.
• Other EU countries: Orders are delivered within 9 working days.
